@@Dooma other than venom, i meant. if the source is not soloable, i don't usually have it or have access to it. just wondering if there was some viable substitute for those two sets or if they were a requirement for the build to work properly. thanks for the reply, great site you're building.

@@billkrussick6477 Thank you I appreciate that. We have been working hard on it. I really don't want to steer you wrong here with a back up set. I have only really min maxed this set up with: Rele + Draugrkin Way of Fire + Sheer Venom Rele + Sheer Venom However, the original version of the build ua-cam.com/video/YHhh6jR05NI/v-deo.html&t used a stat set (War Maiden) with a bit different set up. I have never personally tried to mix the two, but on paper it honestly looked decent. I would give it a shot once. Take the best stat set you have to juice Runeblades and pair that with Way of Fire. Id be curious to know how it worked out if you try it.

Hi Czechs! Haha I know exactly that feeling with the staff. I hope you get it soon. You can use a Potentates that you can buy off traders temporarily to still get to play the build while you work on farming the Maelstrom staff. When you get it set up, I hope you enjoy it! 🙏

@@Dooma Thanks man! As soon as my schedule opens up I'm going to do a few Maelstrom runs on the 2 button arcanist spec I got from you! Been busy with RL garbage and raiding in an old school Everquest server haha. Something to look forward to on ESO though, your builds are the best I've found in Internetlandia!

Hi Stumbling! Way of Fire for sure. It's what is being used on the NB and Sorc versions. You'll just need to make sure you only have 1 WoF body piece, ideally chest piece, and you can also make that reinforced if you like for more resistances. Make sure you save transmute crystals for the WoF bow, sharpened is going to be tough to find cheap right now.

Here is what I have been saying for this specific question: Lightning Staff is most ideal for this set up due to passives and solo quality of life things. You can technically run whatever you like, as long as it is sustainable. You'll just have some differences in damage output due to weapon passives, and if you are light weaving or not. Dual Wield is a fantastic secondary option here (you can add Deadly Cloak from the skill line as well to the bar that will synergize great with the set up). It's a solo build, not a parsing/group dps build, so there is more freedom/wiggle room to work in whatever you enjoy most. Lightning staff passives are very straight forward for this set up so it also makes it clear to understand what is going on with the damage increase it's adding to our 2 abilities on this set up. Hi Mayorez! For solo content it works totally fine. If you want to get the most out of it for group content, then Precise on the bow and a 1 piece Slimecraw helm is most ideal. You can use Slimecraw in solo content as well if you like to keep the pve set up consistent for you if you changed the bow trait.

Ah, sorry to hear that! I have a base game build guide on my list to get to at some point, but I dont have anything available just yet for it. Are you able to get a month of ESO+ which would give you access to all the DLCs but the most recent one? I know some people have done that who had limited situations and just focused on farming hard for that month collecting all the sets they could.

Hi there! You can if you want more damage and arent really dying to anything that you are doing. The thing to know about BT is the specific phrase in it's wording "against enemies" which means it does not factor into self-healing abilities (unless the self healing abilities is a damage ability and the heal is a % of the damage done, which makes things even more messy). Due to this, "normally" in PVP and solo PVE, most builds run weapon/spell damage there. There are plenty of niche builds that don't, but that is the norm. BT is 'typically' used for group dps builds as you will have additional support there.

Hi there! I played around with this a bit on stream (sort of) and this is what I can tell you: I did not like (at all) trying to replace contingency with something to try to make up the group healing aspect there like swapping Arctic Blast for Polar Wind. The build felt much better leaning into damage and using something like vigor there. You get your minor resolve buff and a solid heal on your off resource. This does change the flow of the build quite a lot and I would not recommend you follow the 50/50 play style I explained in the video between team heals support and damage. I would go full damage, but being mindful to keep Radiating Regen out and using Forest to team heal when needed. It flips things to something more like 90/10 focus where you are more focused on being a damage dealer for the team. Contingency can bring a lot to the table regarding team healing. I show in another video, on a 1 bar bow build, with only 1 healing ability on my bar (Healing Contingency) it put out just under half a million team healing, just dodge rolling through team fights mainly. So without it, the build can easily be shifted to more damage focused.

Hi there! Honestly, anything will work in that regard. (Side note: SUPER awesome you and your wife play together!) All classes have strong solo set ups and then you can tweak set ups to compliment how you are playing together. Add more cross heals, add more tankiness etc. I would absolutely recommend to use whatever classes you are enjoying the most, and theres always a way to make it work in ESO.

@@lovcraftian You can use green Vigor, but it does change the output of the build, especially for the team aspect, but it’s still very playable.
